Née à Meknès, Aassmaa Akhannouch vit et travaille à Casablanca.
Après un diplôme d’ingénieur en France et un MBA aux Etats-Unis, elle travaille dans le marketing pendant 15 ans.
En 2013, elle suit un cursus à la Photo Academy Casablanca pour perfectionner ses connaissances en photographie numérique.
En 2016, elle décide de se consacrer entièrement à la pratique photographique.
A travers ses images, elle raconte des histoires, des fragments de souvenirs ouverts aux associations et émotions du spectateur.
Actuellement, elle est accompagnée dans sa recherche par l’artiste photographe FLORE à l’Atelier Photographique de L’Oeil de l’Esprit – Paris.

In 2016, she decides to devote herself entirely to the practice of photography.
Through her images, she tells stories, fragments of memories open to the associations and emotions of the viewer.
Currently, she is accompanied in her research by the photographic artist FLORE at the Atelier Photographique de L’Oeil de l’Esprit – Paris.
